Find answers to common questions about our services for drivers and carriers.

Drivers questions

Do I need a CDL to apply?

You can apply for box truck or CDL recruiting support. Licensing depends on the vehicle, operation and applicable requirements; a box truck is not automatically exempt from CDL requirements.

What types of driving opportunities are available?

We discuss box truck and CDL driving preferences with you. We do not publish unverified vacancies or guarantee a particular route or role.

How long does the process take?

Timing varies with your background and carrier requirements. There is no guaranteed placement timeline.

What information do I need to provide?

Your contact details, license class, relevant experience, availability and work preferences. Do not submit Social Security numbers or sensitive documents.

How will you use my information?

Your application supports a potential carrier-authorized recruiting conversation. Review our Privacy Policy and its review-required notice before submitting.

Can you guarantee a job?

No. Applications do not guarantee employment or placement. Carriers make their own qualification and hiring decisions.

Carriers questions

Can I request dispatch support without recruiting?

Yes. Choose the services you need on the carrier service request form. Recruiting is optional.

Do I need to provide a DOT or MC number?

No. This information is optional for an initial inquiry.

Who makes hiring and operational decisions?

Your carrier retains responsibility for hiring, qualification reviews and operational decisions.

Does load sourcing include freight brokerage?

HBI 360 offers carrier-authorized support within an agreed scope and does not present itself as a licensed freight broker.
