1. About This Notice
HBI 360 International ("HBI 360," "we," "us" or "our") connects drivers and carriers and provides recruiting and operational support services. This notice describes how information submitted through our website and related inquiries may be used. HBI 360 acts as an intermediary; carriers make their own hiring and operational decisions.
2. Information You Provide
When you submit a driver application, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, state and ZIP code, driver type, license class, driving experience, work preferences, availability and any additional information you choose to share.
When you submit a carrier inquiry, you may provide your company and contact details, an optional DOT or MC number, fleet and vehicle information, services requested, operating states, staffing needs, preferred contact method and a message. We also record your acknowledgment of application or inquiry data processing and any separate optional marketing consent you provide.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, full driver's license numbers, medical records, background reports or sensitive documents in these forms.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to review and respond to applications and inquiries, communicate with you, coordinate potential driver and carrier connections, understand requested services, maintain records and support the operation and security of our website. Providing an application does not guarantee a job or placement.
4. Sharing Information
We may share relevant application information with carriers when coordinating potential connections and carrier requirements. Carrier inquiries may be shared with personnel involved in reviewing and providing requested support. Service providers that help operate our website, hosting, email or related systems may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law.
A carrier or other third party that receives information may handle it under its own privacy practices. Please review those practices when you interact directly with that organization.
5. Communications and Your Choices
We may contact you about an application or inquiry using the information you provide. Optional marketing or automated communications consent, when offered, is separate from the acknowledgment needed to submit an application. You can contact us to ask about your communication preferences or request that optional marketing communications stop.
6. Website Data and Cookies

Hosting and related systems may also receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs. The specific cookies, analytics and other technologies in use must be confirmed as part of the review of this notice.
